This one is an oldie, but a goody, and I don't remember posting it before so sorry if I did. Faith was quickly walking to the bathroom and when I asked her where she was going she said, "I have to go poopy...someone is knocking at my door and I have to go see who it is." Oh my heavens!! She definitely did NOT hear that one from me!! I had never even heard of someone saying that before in reference to "Poopy." Hmmmmm...Dustin!? It was worth a good 5 minutes of laughing with a few tears anyway.

Did She Really Just Say That?

She Keeps Me Laughing...
While brushing her teeth the other night, Faith says, "I just swallowed some toothpaste...that will make my boobies grow bigger."Faith and I were playing Snow White and she exclaims, "I am going to kill that mean old witch...I am going to take this bottle of water and SMASH her face!" Makes me wonder what daddy has been letting her watch - hehehe! I was just glad that I wasn't playing the part of the "witch" anymore.

TA-DA!
Faith and Grandpa Dave were sitting at the kitchen table and Faith thought she would show Grandpa her "Magic Trick." The "magic" was to take a bite of food and then an immediate drink of water then show Grandpa her empty mouth- "Ta-da!" In the process of repeating this magic trick over and over, her cup of water was filling up with disgusting backwash. I told Faith how gross it was and not to do it anymore. Her response to me..."If you don't like it, you can leave."
Grandpa was laughing so hard at the little smart remark that he couldn't lift his head. I had to leave the room to gain my composure before trying to tell her that was not nice and it's not okay to talk to mommy like that because I didn't think that she would take me to seriously if I tried to reprimand her while laughing. Seriously...where did she get that?

Her Own Website
While Faith and I were getting ready the other morning, she out of the blue said the funniest thing. We didn't have the radio or TV on and Faith all of the sudden says, "If you want to learn more about Faith, go to LasVegas.com." Where did that come from? Ahhhh...she always finds little ways to make me laugh.

A Child's Prayer
Faith's prayer before bed last night: "Dear Heavenly Father, We are grateful for this day. Please bless our family. Please bless that we can poop every night and every day...and pee..."
Okay, it's nice to be regular and all, but I've never actually heard anyone pray for it. And how do you not start laughing out loud right in the middle of a prayer when your little cutie says something so hilarious? I couldn't help it and neither could Dustin- we both laughed so hard we cried and then had to tell her over and over what a wonderful prayer she gave. I love this age!

Badges or Boobies... what's the diff?
Dustin was getting Faith ready for bed tonight and as he was helping her put on her PJs, she looked at his shirt and asked, "Daddy, why do you have two badges on your shirt?""Well..." Dustin points to his chest, "This one's my badge for work, and this badge is for an organization that we support."
Faith then points at her naked chest and says "This boobie's for turning around..." (Faith spins around) "and this boobie is for picking things up."
Where do they come up with these things?! Ah... what it would be like to be in the mind of a 3-year-old. I thought it was hilarious so I had to share -sorry if anyone was offended- not really though. ;o)

What Stork?
Faith, like all other children, says the funniest things all of the time. I always think that I will remember them to tell other people and her when she gets older, but I hardly ever do! So I am going to start adding her little "Faithisms" to this blog. I'll start off with this one:The other day, Faith and I were out to lunch with our good friends, Nina, Lydia and Lucy; Faith was striking up quite a conversation with our cute little waitress. The waitress asked Faith if she had any brothers or sisters and Faith replied,
"Nope...Not yet. But my mommy is going to make me one."

I think I turned a few different shades of red as everyone, including the people at the table next to us, started cracking up. Too funny!
